1. The interest rate on the Thread Bank Business Deposit Account is 1.02% with Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of 1.02% for accounts with balances of at least $100,000. The interest rate on the Thread Bank Business Deposit Account is 2.35% with Annual Percentage Yield of 2.37% for accounts with balances of at least $250,000. The interest rate on the Thread Bank Business Savings Account is 3.27% with Annual Percentage Yield of 3.32%. The interest rate on the Thread Bank Business Savings Account is 3.72% with Annual Percentage Yield of 3.78% for customers offered the high-interest tier that maintain a minimum balance of $1,000,000. The interest rate on the Thread Bank Business Savings Account is 4.20% with Annual Percentage Yield of 4.29% for customers offered the high-interest tier that maintain a minimum balance of $5,000,000. The interest rates are accurate as of 11/14/24 and are variable and subject to change based on the target range of the federal funds rate.

2. Your deposits qualify for up to $3,000,000 in FDIC insurance coverage when placed at program banks in the Thread Bank deposit sweep program. Your deposits at each program bank become eligible for FDIC insurance up to $250,000, inclusive of any other deposits you may already hold at the bank in the same ownership capacity.
